Spring cravings

I could spend hours on Pinterest and never get tired of looking at pages and pages of food. Spring is usually depicted as being filled with bright colors, however, this is not strictly for fashion. Who says food can’t be dressed for the occasion? These foods are almost too pretty to eat, I repeat ALMOST. We all know what my weekends are going to be consisting of! ^_^

P.s. follow me on Pinterest!

It was really pretty during this shoot with the perfect weather. However, when it’s nice out…and when it’s Sunday (aka family day) people in my neighborhood tend to take walks…and BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY. Familiar stares and the state of awkwardness arose as I posed my day away. I don’t think I will ever get comfortable taking pictures in public, even if it is just a small town suburb.

Spring Wishlist

Spring is finally here! A new season means new essentials and I was overjoyed at being able to search for this year’s Spring season wishlist (which mean’t hours of looking at online stores and not getting any school work done). This Spring, on all the runways and streets, florals, stripes, and denim is all the rage. Of course, a striped top and a light wash denim jacket looks good all year so it would be a good investment for your wardrobe. I fell in love with Ked’s new collection as it is full of bright colors and patterns. Check it out here!¬† I’m looking forward to bringing you guys colorful outfits and exotic prints, even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone (which is a comfy sweater and my broken in Converse). So make sure to tune in and look out for something new!

Spring is nearly here and you know what’s trending this year? STRIPES! These pants are perfect for spring (and everything else) and you will be seeing them quite often. Unfortunately, spring break is almost over which also means that AP exams are only but a few weeks away…oh dear.

P.S. I would like to thank the loyal viewers and welcome the new ones to the Honie Bee!

As you can probably tell by my past posts, I am in love with these maroon jeans. I find a way to match them with everything and have to worry about not wearing them too often. Oh, and spring break is almost here!! Hopefully the ten day break will give me time to do something spontaneous with my blog…possibly an outrageous outfit? **Hint hint. Tune in for my mystery post(s)!

Go bold

Spring is finally here! I hope everyone remembered to change their clocks! This year, the spring season will be filled with pastels, pinks, and neon colors and I thought, why not put it all in one outfit? Hopefully the weather starts warming up so I can put away my scarves and sweaters and bring out the shorts and dresses. ^_^

Spring forward

It was a perfect day during this shoot: the sun was bright but did not give a harsh glare and the wind was being gentle with my hair. This top was a gift from a friend, and the floral pattern makes me excited for spring… even if the change in seasons won’t be that noticeable.
